When we set out 17 years ago into the travel business, no way did we expect J&T Tours to come as far as it has. At first, it served plainly as a means to travel. As the popularity of the company grew, we too changed our directional goals. It soon became less about just seeing the world, and more about the amazing people that shared these experiences with us. I can say with great certainty, it is because of these people, we have been able to evolve as a professional travel company.
So really, this company belongs to our faithful travelers, and those whom we have had the pleasure of meeting over the years. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable up until 45 days prior to trip departure. A $30 booking fee will be withheld, $50pp if Air, Cruise or Overseas is involved. Full payments are required at this time and a trip cancellation insurance would be required to ensure any refunds at this point. Trips that involve flight or cruise would require 90 days before departure.
Due to the decline of the Canadian dollar all trips in the US and Europe will be subject to a surcharge if the Canadian dollars drops below 73 cents.
